Yikes, whataboutisms!

Throw Bill in there for all I care.

From the more than 4 year old article you posted:
There is no indication of any current ties to the Clintons or the Democratic Party, and a spokesman for the Hillary Clinton Presidential campaign, Brian Fallon, said there had been no contact between the campaign and Ng.
Should anyone happen across some actual compelling evidence suggesting a foreign government laundered money to benefit the campaigns of certain elected officials, i'm all for prosecuting all players to the furthest extent of the law.

Neither of the Clintons are currently in office, so what’s the point ?

Whataboutism, also known as whataboutery, is a variant of the tu quoque logical fallacy that attempts to discredit an opponent's position by charging them with hypocrisy without directly refuting or disproving their argument.[1][2][3] It is particularly associated with Soviet and Russian propaganda.[4][5][6]

Our President's favorite argument is standard Russian strategy? Shocking!

Is WH Group owned by the Chinese government?

WH Group is a publicly traded company with shareholders around the world. Anyone anywhere can purchase shares of WH Group on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 00288. In fact, WH Group’s shareholders include many large U.S.-based financial institutions. It is not a Chinese state-owned enterprise and does not undertake commercial activities on behalf of the Chinese government.

Where did anyone claim it is owned by the Chinese government? All goods and services listed in the document can come from private entities, and this one happens to be controlled by a Chinese conglomerate.
