So BBC won't say it directly, but the JIT make it very clear that the missile was fired by the Russians. Russia says they never crossed into Ukraine. And the video reflects the convoy that shit the missile stopped well within the Russian border. Safe assumption is that Russia shot the missile from within the Russian Federation border. Remind me again how that is not an act of 1) state sponsored terrorism (right, they're not brown) or 2) an act of war?
