What the FUCK did u do, Joey?!?Good news campers! Helmets work. I was treated for a concussion classified as MTBI and Cervical Spine Strain otherwise known as whiplash. I should be back on the bike in 2 weeks or less pending follow up at the outpatient clinic to ensure there are no torn ligaments. Not too happy about missing a kick ass ride with @Montana rider and @rideit
oooooh, what were ya gonna ride?. Not too happy about missing a kick ass ride with @Montana rider and @rideit
Farlow/Daniel/Butter/Cat!Hmmm...where...to...ride...today...
Oh, I know; Pisgah !
I ain’t that badass. The climb up to Farlow is two hours. So that’s pretty much all you ride that day is Farlow and Daniel.Farlow/Daniel/Butter/Cat!

Butter is a definite possibility as I was already thinking about the Fish Hatchy.
What the hell did you do to yourself??? Take it easy and rest up...we have an epic ride tonplan for next summer (or maybe winter spring something)Good news campers! Helmets work. Minimum of a one hour climb to get to any of the good stuff in Pisgah.2 hours of climbing wtf
how tall are these hillsMinimum of a one hour climb to get to any of the good stuff in Pisgah.
The last part of the climb up to Farlow is only a couple miles but is so steep and rutted it takes about an hour and twenty minutes. But the 40 minute climb before isn’t too bad at all.
Back in the day the dirt road wasn’t gated. Now if you want to ride one of the gnarliest trails in the country, you have to earn it.
I did a 2 hour hike-a-bike midway through a UK ride this summer...2 hours of climbing wtf
agreed. just posted about my experience in this helmet review over on NSMB. glad to hear you're ok.Good news campers! Helmets work.

Line Creek Plateau area near Red Lodge, big ride was to be Line Creek.oooooh, what were ya gonna ride?

What the FUCK did u do, Joey?!?

I hit some loose rock on a plank bridge, flipped and landed on the crown of my head, rolled onto my left shoulder and landed on my back about 10 feet down the hill. It knocked the wind out of me and took me 2 or 3 minutes to get it back. I finished the ride with just muscle pain but decided to go to the hospital when I woke up with an intense headache and waves of nausea. What the hell did you do to yourself??? Take it easy and rest up...we have an epic ride tonplan for next summer (or maybe winter spring something)
