Its also worth mentioning to those visiting "Windrock" (which is the mtn we DH on) to try and support Oliver Springs as much as possible. If you think of it, buy your gas, drinks, etc. in Oliver Springs versus Oak Ridge. The Mayor is trying to build the economy enough to support motels and better restaurant selections.
OS submitted for a trails grant to build a city pump track and skills area last year. I don't know if it has been awarded yet but the Mayor really likes bikes and could use any and all support.
