SJT was in superb conditions today. Ground was so tacky that Edgy and me coudnt wipe the stupid smiles off our face the whole way down.

while i was away in mammoth a few weeks ago my quaint little dh trail behind my house went from 2 feet wide to about 50 thanks to the same bulldozer clearing techniques that ate up all of the sully ridge singletracks
i figured i might as well take advantage of it if i can make it to osh and pick up some cheap tools tomorrow (sucks, out of three shovels and two steel rakes that were stashed all i could find was about a quarter of one handle.........damn dozer

it was beat. beautiful day, plenty of other riders and hikers. the trail was rough though. we almost everybody flatted.
