eating something and being disappointed is one of the worst feelingsBreakfast #1 didn't do it, so I went and had breakfast #2. That really hit the spot.

No green chile, but French toast and bacon. I like French toast. And bacon.Did breakfast #2 involve green chile?

@jimmydean's been in your 'hood...Saw a Rav 4 on it's roof this morning......in a gas station parking lot.
My Friday is going better than theirs....so far.
are you sure they weren't secretly taping an episode of "silicon valley"?Morning Monkeys.
There was an Open House (with open bar) at Puppet Labs last night. I was invited, so I went and it was way more awkward that I expected. First off, it's a Thursday after work from 5 to 9. So 90% of the folks are in business casual with a backpack.
Second, total sausage party (shocking, I know). It was 20:1 easy and the handful of chicks there NOT employed at Puppet were what you would expect to see at an event for techies. 200+ awkward people being awkward together with bad 80's music too loud to talk over and not a chance to dance. A few good beers, but there was one bar open, 2 bar tenders and a 30 minute line. I am taking a bunch of Puppet classes for a new project, so I thought it would be interesting. I was expecting awkward, but it was awesomely awkward.
That show is so awesome it hurts. Having been in that world as long as I have had, it is so spot on that I almost can't watch it as a comedy.are you sure they weren't secretly taping an episode of "silicon valley"?

I might poke around near me this afternoon on trails at ~8000ft, I'll let you know ground conditions.Hello all. I rode my bike in. Most of the dirt on the greenway was in good condition but there were a few big mud pits to navigate around. I'm still going to poke around Mountain Lion tomorrow, but will be ready to abort if the dirt indeed is sodden.
Been working with one of my buddies to get him to pass the lead belay test. He keeps failing. I'm not too bummed though, taking the mandatory 15ft+ whipper every time I'm at the gym is pretty fun. And it's not on my rope so IDGAF.bouldered after putting the kid to bed. i really gotta find a more reliable belay partner. bar for wings and beers afterwards, thankfully not crowded. came home, more beer, shed, dishes, passed out on the couch.
i haven't been climbing consistently enough lately to be at the level to take the lead climbing course at my gym. our gym requires you to be able to climb every 5.9 route in the gym to take it, plus you have to have your own rope for lead.Been working with one of my buddies to get him to pass the lead belay test. He keeps failing. I'm not too bummed though, taking the mandatory 15ft+ whipper every time I'm at the gym is pretty fun. And it's not on my rope so IDGAF.
