You guys can blame that one on dumb me - - I saw red white and blue and a white helmet coming thru the trees and pulled the trigger on the remaining 5 seconds of room left on Alex's cam . . . wrong rider. Aauuggghhh!i got no video if me, i'm shy with my "heroin chic physic".

Wow, that was pretty harsh. I was concerned when I walked the course, but once I rode it, I loved it.check out Si's report on descent-world:

Yeah the course was a ton of fun. Some people just bitch too much.Wow, that was pretty harsh. I was concerned when I walked the course, but once I rode it, I loved it.
so...the course sucked b/c it was all open slope and fire road climbs?check out Si's report on descent-world:

just checking. It was the first thing I'd seen saying it sucked. besides, I figured if you had wasted a trip to Canuckada for a crappy course, I'd have had a phone call by now. What else do you expect from a point of wiew in a country where thy get as much precipitation as seattle? Did you really think that they would like the dust? That course ruled, you actually had to be a MAN and ride. Can you imagine how bad they would of bitched if the ground had been hard pack? The dust kept the speed in check.
I'll stop ranting.... Just remember you cant make everyone happy.
That's not what I heard. Multiple Canadian and American racers (including Alex Morgan on Rm (BCD)) had all stated that the course absoutely sucked. What else do you expect from a point of wiew in a country where thy get as much precipitation as seattle? Sounds like a fair and even handed description of the event to me. Si is a very well respected racer from a country that has bred the 2 current World Cup champs, he's also just been put in charge of running the National series over here. If he says the track was below par, it was.Yeah the course was a ton of fun. Some people just bitch too much.
edit: damn finished reading it. The dude sounds like a whiney little bitch. too funny.
