    freezer is apparently borked. so i've got that going for me. busy at work for the next week or so as we have install for a big show. had to reschedule a program next weekend due to a huge benefit concert for western nc being schedule on the same day at bank of america stadium next door. hrmf.

    Let me see what I have in my box of random parts. I had to rebuild such a derailleur a while back. I bought a whole long cage assembly off of E-bay. Can't remember what was actually broken though. May need a reminder.

    JHFC, I can buy an XT derailleur for the cost of the dumb plastic XTR outer cage.

    outer cage on my xtr rear derailleur seems to have borked. :hmm: anyone know the p/n for the replacement? appears to be fine other than the outer half of the cage.

    I think my DT 370 is getting borked (slipping under severe load). Anyone familiar with those internals? I am pretty familiar with 240/350’s, but not those.

    I borked my own travel plans. So, instead of flying to Warsaw IN today, I am at home with my dogs adjusting the valves on my old Trooper after the recent cylinder head swap… Might ride later too, but legs are still a little tired from yesterday.
