I am contemplating the idea of a 26" trials bike. I want to go straight to a no seat zoo! piranha with hydro brakes and all those crazy little cnc bits. maybe that is because it is the only result i can find looking for trials bikes. what is a good entry level bike that will get me in the door...
I know there are a ton in the Laurel Highlands, Seven Springs, Frick Park, Boyce, Apollo (just saw vids on those) and was wondering if there are good maps or resources for the trails.
Any ideas on how cool the cities of greensburg and pittsburgh are for street riding?
Any need for a granny...

About to build up a mini dh bike and looking at quality parts to stick on it.
My main concerns are rims, brakes and cranks
At about 6'3" and 215lbs dry weight I am pretty hard on stuff.
I am trying to create something that will last, but i am not trying to go overkill.
Looking for any...
i might get my hands on a domain with a blown cartridge. it is 180mm travel and i need it to be 160mm at most. I would really like to get the internals to make it a u-turn. My question is if it is possible to reduce the spring 180mm to 160mm and if it is possible to get the leg internals to make...

just curious to see if anyone has a picture or knows if any pro's are running air shocks. I'm between going air or coil on a future am-fr build and just spiked my curiousity. I see the norco has an air shock on their main dh bike, didn't know if the trend was continuing elsewhere.

i am researching for a potential build. the bike would be a 4 inch or so rear travel slopestyle/4x/trail beast. something like a bass. i am not to fond of using a dirt jumper fork. was thinking about using a fox float rc2 and lowering it to 120 or 100. some where around there. any one know if...

i go to the uci website but neither safari nor firefox is letting me pull up the results page. Any alternative websites that have a nice chart of current standings.
i have extensively searched the "my rides part of the transition fam" thread looking for bottlerockets with air shocks and 55 ata, 66 ata, or fox 36 talas forks. kinda curious to see how you guys like that frame/shock/fork combo. thinking about building up a br with all air for usage as a light...
