There is a certain amount of fun in driving around said stuck fuckwits (semis and passenger cars alike) while ascending Floyd Hill during a good storm, though.

You probably saw but the truckee river is the only outlet, the pluto volcano just made the basin deeper (and produced the dustiest bike park in america)
