Car: Any. Must be purchased new, no used or won cars.
Limitations: $75,000 spending limit (purchase price AND mods). No tire upgrades. No nitrous/DF.
Track: Apricot Hill

Thoughts on that?

that was sick...and the car hit over 300KPH....I'm still in the process of finding a nice one here but it may be a while.

1:22.1 at present...I have another car that looks like it has much bueno potential waiting in the wings.

I've found the car that I think everyone will try to use to suck around a track compared to cars with far less HP, even with a VCD controller.

There are a number of cars that can put down solid times with the dollar limit...cars normally scorned by our crowd

I may try sampling a Miata, but I think this course really favors high HP cars that can throw momentum through corners...

1:20.706 so far.

ideas for the next challenge? i'm thinking "bring any [skyline] GT-R you have", 276hp maximum, no nitrous but with downforce, on grand valley. this'll start tomorrow and run until next wednesday if approved by popular opinion.
