About videos on Litter and Transcend , I love the bike's noises...we don't hear this sounds in mtb race movies.All these filmakers should put a optional audio to hear only the ambient audio.
It's like to watch a f1 race without the sound.

Peaty in 1st with a 4:33, Sam in 2nd less than a second behind him. Sam apparently was 2 seconds down at the split and missed some lines up top...

This kind of split would have put him top 15! Go Canada go!

Flat, and then he waved to friends as he went off the bridge and fell on his head. Oh also, Transcend Orange rider Jeff Beatty in the top 30, sweet.

Uhhhhhhh...what? Slalom is just "rolling around some corners"? A world cup level slalom course should absolutely include big gaps and be technical enough to push the best.

I was actually a bit baffled by what you had written until I saw your name. Salty4X. You definitely seem a bit salty about 4X.

Look man, I like 4X. I actually prefer to race 4X personally, because I'm a decent holeshot. But slalom is what I'd prefer to watch. As far as your opinion about 4X being proven, well that's the thing about preference: it ain't fact my bru.

There as been a suspension to racing. Scarlett Hagen crashed badly on her run and was rendered unconsious for a while.

7 riders were on course behind, so all will get a rerun

Current leaders are

3. Vanessa Quin (NZl), Ms-Intense Factory-Racing, 5:27.72
4. Mio Suemasa (Jpn), 5:28.19
5. Lisa Myklak (USA) , 5:38.17

Micayla Gatto (Rocky Mountain Haywood) went off course, then crashed on her run. When she finally got back up and going, discovered she had a flat.

Scarlett Hagen is being taken to hospital as a precaution, but appears to be ok. She is laughing and talking, so not in any real pain.

It will be about 5 more minutes before racing will resume.
