I use corn meal.not intentional, that was the part of the pizza at the front of the wooden peel. I needed a tad more flour on the peel, dough stuck just a wee bit and some topping slid when I gave the handle a good sideways twack to start the pizza sliding.

that was a mix of rice, ground beef, black beans, tomatoes, and cheese. i would've added corn but we were having it on the cob. this was my wife's first stuffed poblano and she liked it more than a regular belle pepper. i foresee more of these in our future.What do you stuff them with? yes, meat and rice were cooked beforehand. i roasted the peppers on the grill for about 10 minutes as well to soften them up so i could shove more filling in them. next time i might add jalapenos too.grilled stuffed poblanos sounds amaz-balls. I may try those over the weekend.
I assume 100% of the stuffing was precooked?
