I have always wanted to live in Memphis. I like how it sits there on the map. Quick and convenient access to Mississippi and Arkansas. Once you get past the evil nature of its residents, the open criminality, and the sense of doom that encircles your soul. Its a cool place.

We got this beef from this German guy who set up an organic farm here. It is so pinky red, it kinda looks fake, but it is just very very pink meat, and it tastes amazing.
