We're fine, that's smoke from 20 miles away. We just happen to be where the shit cloud is falling right now. I'm more bummed my buddy got chased out of his house by flames this morning. They made it out at least.
Wind is blowing right at us so it may be a different story here by tonight.

We're fine. It's fairly disgusting but since I live in the vicinity of the great blue cash machine, the firefighting response when things get near tahoe goes up exponentially. Gotta keep that ATM safe.
And yeah weve got kayaks pointed at the lake and dirtbikes pointed up the hill because if and when it does finally happen the two roads out of here will be clusterfucked with H2s and teslas all cutting each other off with the drivers screaming "don't you know who I am!!???" at each other.
