Harringtons "Big John" a dark ale aged in burbon barrels.

Since moving to WI I've found I can't drink as much... Everything it seems starts at ~6.5% and goes up from there.wow ok so those scotch ale's are like 8.5%. 2 of those + 1 sam summer + 1 homebrew = tuesday night wasted kranked
Went to NG brewery last weekned. It was cool. met a brewer & he poured us some holy cow straight from the aging tank. pretty cool even though that is my least fav NG beer. tried one of their R&D beers, a golden ale, funky as ****...smelled like the cow pastures outside of town. good beer though. moon man IPA is pretty f'n good too. cool faciltiy. ican t believe they will never distribute outside of the state. it is a shame only 'sconies will get to know NG beers.Since moving to WI I've found I can't drink as much... NG Dancing Man Wheat? 7.2%
Ale Asylum Ambergeddon? 6.9%
Ale Asylum Ballistic IPA? 7.5%
Tyranena Barrel-Aged Barleywine? 10-12%+ (even the brewery has no clue on this one, or at least they're not telling...)

The brewery is in Frederick, MD along with some great riding. I think you need to make a road trip.
Time to make a trip to Denver.
