It´s a simple bike, marketed with it´s simplicity. You need to get the shock properly tuned to get it working. Low maintanance does not equal function for it´s ultimate purpose.
It´s stuck. No progress.

Will the live quality be any better than what is currently on MTBCut or is the quality based on your internet settings? ( I may have found a proxy, I don't know I'm not a doctor...)

Sick thanks guys. For those of you having issues, PM me your browser and operating system. hey are implementing a new player this week (worst timing EVER) to make it more compatible.

As of about 7pm est last night though everything seems to be working for all 3 vids so far.

Our live quality is Satt TV quality. We have an uplink that goes live for 4x tonight. There will be the same style compression etc.

I don't wanna drag this discussion up in the WC thread, but this is inaccurate. Single pivot bikes (such as the 224, and Morewoods, etc) are viable options these because of the advances in shock technology. Single pivots bikes USED to suck donkey balls because the dampers that were going on them were insufficient.

To get any shock working you need to get it properly tuned - or do you expect to not have to adjust anything out of the box? Factory settings are good enough for 100% of the mountain bike community, right?

Lets not forget here a fact that is very important in these days of weight weenie-ism. That is this: simple = light. If I'm not mistaken, the 224 is one of, if not THE lightest production bike available (and has been for a few years now)

This has nothing to do with the bike being low maintenance. This is irrelevant to the fact that its a great bike.

What the heck is wrong with mtbcut? I push the "Details" button and it says "loading", and then it just goes "X Details" and a small flobe comes out beneath saying "Maribor Day 1: (cert 18)".

Same **** goes for day two and last years Maribeyotch.

Ideas anybody?

Not really. Transcend recently posted 224 frame weight w/o shock and it came at about 3.9kg. Far from lightest. The 2 lightest frames on the market now are soccom and lapierre (3.55kg w/o shock) and both are virtuals. Maybe sunn is somewhere around that.
