Main place is Liquorama. BevMo in Rancho is good for some more variety. Sam's Liquor doesn't have much selection at all but happens to have Stone 22s cheap. Pacific Wine Merchants doesn't have a huge selection either but most of what they do have is pretty interesting.
Thanks, dude. I actually recently started going to Liquorama (got my Everclear and vodka for the infusions there after buying some stuff a few weeks ago). I hadn't looked too closely at the beer selection, but it was obviously pretty good. Seems like lots of selection, but not much in terms of deals to be had.

Had a DFH 90 Minute last night...and had a hard time finishing it. I've given that beer a few tries and I'm just not a fan.

The night before:
Wasatch Devastator
Left Hand Milk Stout (one of my favorites)
Lagunitas Imperial Stout
Flying Dog Raging B1tch
Oaked Arrogant Bastard (awesome)

Ditto, and I really want to like it bc I'm from Delaware (where DFH is brewed). It is just too hoppy and sweet for my tastes.

Now as far as what I've been diggin the past few days:

Both in cans... Wanted to get some beers that would travel well for the post ride "back at the truck" session.

Hey Kavu,
What are some good Phoenix/AZ beers, and/or can you reccomend a good BEER bar in the scottsdale area? Heading out there in about 3hrs.

Scottsdale not so much, but there is a place in Tempe called "Taste of Tops", University just West of Mill Avenue. That place rules.

Phoenix, AZ? Well, 4 Peaks Brewery is always good. There is also Wapiti Ale from Flag.

I believe there is a Whole Foods in Scottsdale that now has like 39 beers on tap as well. Ah yes, here it is:

now: water..... :)

there is a 'quickie mart' down the street that has an amazing selection of good beer as well as 3 or 4 quality beers on tap. People are always sitting at one of the tables just sippin on tastey brews..

Did some work, now doing less important work sipping George Dickle Cascade Hollow. It's the cheapest thing they make, but pretty good for the price. Really not bad for what it is. Love that Dickle.
