my problem is that i can't make my beer as fast as i can drink it. i have to fill the gaps somehowIf you're not making your own beer and it isn't amazing, why are you living?
Just means you need bigger batch sizes.my problem is that i can't make my beer as fast as i can drink it. i have to fill the gaps somehow
brew more often.....
I have two full (five gallons) kegs and one that is almost empty. I plan to brew this saturday. That beer should be kegged in four weeks.
I find that since I've been kegging my beer lasts longer. instead of killing 12 or 22 ounces of beer each time I want to sample some, I can just have half a pint or whatever. For awhile I was brewing two times a month....
currently, I am drinking water.

Well..........you might be an alcoholic.space restrictions.
i currently have three 5 gallon batches going.
sandwich and woody will vouch for me, platty work weekend i was done with my first beer after the morning lift ride up (~10am). by the time we came off the mountain in the afternoon i'd had 10 mountain sodasWell..........you might be an alcoholic.

Platty's appeal is that you never have to worry about it getting boring - You might come around a corner and find a downed tree, an unexpected 7' drop, a shoddily built wood feature, etc. Just go with the flow and enjoy the chaos!Note to self: be wary of which trails to follow at Platty.
most of this has changed. pre-season maintenance is improved. if a downed tree is reported, its normally removed that day.Platty's appeal is that you never have to worry about it getting boring - You might come around a corner and find a downed tree, an unexpected 7' drop, a shoddily built wood feature, etc. Just go with the flow and enjoy the chaos!
Just having the Green flash 2010 barley wine, nope it just doesn't do it for me sorry. (
Interesting complex malts, lovely mouth feel and aroma, but everything is just getting smashed to the side by the sherryish very forward alcohol, it's even dominating the aggressive American hopping.
Might be better in a years time, but not now.
I much preferred their Imperial stout.
Thank you sir. Some people didn't catch it on other forums...like the concept.
