11 Guys You'll Always Find Playing Pickup Basketball

I'll second that - I first saw this back in the winter while i was playing a YMCA league and my teammates and I realized that everyone of the guys listed was in the league. Ugh.

I'm currently monitoring the radar, theres a huge storm cell about an horu west of me so I might have to stick around the office until it passes or risk riding home in the rain.

    Holiday Farm six hour race

Doug - How have the turnouts been at plattekill? They look a little small from the results on the site. I'm actually learning towards picking the Hudson To Highlands race that has been having 20+ sport racers in my age group each time. The Root 66 race is close to 4 hours away, a little...

Splat - did you end up racing? It was a fun course, lots of fast berms but some of the sections made me wish I had a FS bike.

    Should they drug test?

Interesting post in The Boulder Report on doping - http://boulderreport.bicycling.com/2007/08/the-idiocy-cont.html If those odds are correct I can understand a proracer being able to rationalize doping. "..but I’d no sooner see a Spanish team doctor for medical treatment than I’d ask a...

    My driveway is 2 tone

I know in NY the state DOT has started using whats called micro-surfacing, which is very similar to driveway seal. Its a really thin layer that is slurry like with smaller stones.

I'm not sure if this will help but here is a link to the Root 66 message board - right now there are two threads related to the course. http://www.root66raceseries.com/forum/list.php?f=1
