    Thanks for the info. I exhausted all of my resources last week, to find out that Diabolous are available (at $350 from my LBS) and 100mm BB's from FSA will be available mid November. Truvativ didn't have an eta. Race Face has no more stock... So, I put a Truvativ and FSA bb on backorder...

    Ok - here's the weird part. The XTR is stamped 1.37 (inch diameter) and the Ultegra is stamped 36 (mm). The TPI on both is the same - 24. I put the caliper on both and the Ultegra is about 1 mm larger on the thread (I don't have a dial or digital at home). Is this difference between...

    I purchased a cool pipe angle tool (basically a plumb bob/protractor tool in a 4"x4" square). It measures down to a half-degree and provides a really good reference for course set-up. Costs about $10 and be found at Home Depot or Lowes. - I know, really nerdy :rolleyes: but I got the idea...
