We have got some moisture last couple of days, but drying out pretty good. All the pavement is dry. So skinnies and such are not far behind! Like Ceder said, weather is on the up swing, so come on up and go "Postal"!!:biggrin:
I definately recommend Post..... With dh bikes and the elevation changes, shuttling is the only realistic way..... there are usually a lot of riders you can hook up with on the bottom, but easy to get lost if not familiar, so find someone who has ridden it before. Currently it is dry and dusty...
I recommend the Post Canyon trail system in Hood River (60 miles east of Portland). Great mix of downhill,drops,jumps,skinnies, etc. Shuttle-able with a car, but recommend hookin up with a person familiar with area, or get a map at the local bike shops. www.gfra.org
