His development work and side projects like your Hitman were neither developed for or supported by his former company.

I'm no longer sure I know what you mean when you say "box". I thought you were talking about the general business district of your bike where the BB and jackshaft are located. Yes?

This will be my first and last spam ever so hopefully the moderators will cut me a little slack. (Do they ever even check on this tread?! LOL)

RL owners, we have a few more Ti brake bars in stock from the run Doc produced a while back. Now available for $175USD.

100g weight saving from stock bar. All Ti bits except aluminum rod end.
(edit: please note this bar is only available in the size for an RL, does not fit BL, mini, HM or TMX.)

Contact us at SuperCo with any questions or to place an order. ride at ridesuperco.com.

Thank you, come again. :D

Just curious, anybody ever fitted a carbon bar to their racelink?
I was actually in the process of it until I sold my Link. I ordered a carbon tube and new rod ends. All I needed was to have some aluminum bungs made and then anodized to press into the carbon. The weight savings were also ridiculous. I forget the exact numbers, but I was saving about a pound I think. I still have the carbon tube which may go on the latest project which is ever so slightly Doc inspired...

You're welcome seismic but I'm so sorry we don't have one to fit your Hitman. :(

It is custom from the ground up, it has 5" of travel on 20" wheels, the fork has a custom crown for an old Z1 that has enough drop to allow it to be on top of the short head tube.

Lucky kid, indeed, but I'm not feeling it. The full-suspension BMX frame that Brooklyn made back in the day was fresh!

here is some BMW kiddie porn not completely finished but you get the idea
looks like a old super or mr t. problem is, there's no lower crown there. thats pretty damn sketchy

nice idea though. looks really heavy for the kid though. Sugino makes a super cheap decent crank that comes in 140mm. instead of heavy profiles

The Fork is a Z1, the crown is 7075 and is bullet proof for any rider let alone the 55 pound 7 year old. the profiles (they are the thin wall 145mm mini arms with a Ti axle) work better for setup with the mini E13 chain guide(thanks E13). I still have a clear red taco to add.
