Smart of them to go with the 7.3L. Got a buddy who owns an E350 4x4 with a 6.0L and in 3 years of ownership has probably $7,500 into the motor. Cool vehicles and all but no thanks.
Exactly what did you get as a heat pump?I still might get a second battery, but I am insulating the hell out of it, so I hope the heat pump is minimal and I got the lowest power fridge I could find. The goal is 3 days, 2 nights solo minimum.

I had spec'd 400W originally. I got the 40A controller and can add another panel easy enough. A buddy of mine was talking about welding some tracks on and I can mount whatever. Still playing with ideas.shit with all that real estate on the roof of that step van slap 400 watts of solar up there and two or 3 group 31 agm battteries inside and you will have more power for stuff than you will need. AGMs do not off gas toxic vapor and don't need to be in a exterior vented compartment.

That will work. I have the 200 watt kit on my camper and it does my 2 group 31 AGMs quite nicelyI had spec'd 400W originally. I got the 40A controller and can add another panel easy enough. A buddy of mine was talking about welding some tracks on and I can mount whatever. Still playing with ideas.

You could post some pics please... I looked at a camper toy hauler thing. It smelled like Cigarettes and feet. This is the battery I decided on. 114# but it had good reviews and was cost effective. It's about $500 to add another panel and second battery. I am building my battery spot to support 2.
I still have some work to do on the truck, but it should be road worthy in 2 weeks tops.

Do you think it will be able to do wheelies after you install L7 Motor in it?
Fuck that when your done with the Boxvan its going to kick that Toyotas ass. Are you going to mount the wheelie bars to the frame or back bumper? I suggest the frame. Quit fooling around. I am not Westy, I would never drive any of that shit....
A crackhead tried to sell me that generator in a 7-11 parking lot. My brother intervened and told the guy to get lost and called the cops on him...finally getting around to putting a front receiver hitch on the dually. I will be able to carry the bikes or the generator on a locking tray up front. I have the same set up on my SRW F350 it works great
