Riding the baggage carousel.
Counterpoint: if your VO2max baseline is below median (likely translation: low base miles) then training for and running a marathon can lead to heart damage as well!

Well sure. But so far as I know, Even Cream Pie Brian doesn't think running is a "conspiracy" to trap kids in the basement of a pizza parlor.

We had all the momentum; we were riding the crest of a high and beautiful wave. . . . So now, less than five years later, you can go up on a steep hill in Las Vegas and look West, and with the right kind of eyes you can almost see the high-water mark—that place where the wave finally broke and rolled back.

No one could have seen this happening

Looking at nthe data, the Dakotas and surrounding states saw an uptick in cases immediately after Sturgis while new cases dropped pretty much everywhere else.

True. But I’ve been getting my hours in, certainly enough to aid health given that the research shows 150 moderate to vigorous intensity minutes per week is sufficient.

Does fapping land in that moderate to vigorous range? Asking for a friend.

e-minutes don't count
They absolutely do, for whatever zone one ends up in with the assist x pace. I’ve been trying to stay in zone 2 while climbing recently, which works out to granny gear or one up in Trail Mode.

Biking on flat is vigorous activity? My heart rate would barely budge doing that!

You gotta realize the average Freedom™ -weight and physical ability. If you aren't 250-300lbs these days, you are probably some stupid elitist. Golden escalators.

SD trying to get some more winning!

I always assumed that the kind of person who should be listened to are elite expert's. I guess in 2020 we listen to low performing novices.
