no offense taken, it is the one odd ball part of the build. An acquired taste, that took some time to adapt riding skills and technique to. Its a short saddle - about 8.5" to 8.75" long depending on how exactly you measure it. Its kind of nice for jump line stuff, and a lot of the non bike park, local riding around home, is slow grindy rock crawls over rock gardens and trying to dash up ledges and boulders. Its best feature then, is that its really out of the way, allowing a little more range of motion between your body and the bike. It also has sufficient padding that dad body with a few extra pounds can survive a long ride.

also I rode my smash today for the first time in a long time (stupid winter) and it still is impressive, it’s a great bike and GG is crushing it.
