That's how we do it.
Work meal. Peppers, onion, chorizo. Goes on toasted hero rolls with melted provolone.
Assemble when ready to eat. Keeps things from getting too soggy!

We were setting at the bar and they put egg whites in some of their mixed drinks. I was intrigued, I tried, 8/10 pretty good.And an egg bowl?
Lamb, turkey, carrot, baby bellas, onion & garlic, celery in a nice bolognese with Mrs Scrub's ciabatta. No pasta needed.

Trying out a different Sourdough recipe tonight. I just pulled it from the oven and now letting it cool.
Ok we have tasted it. Great Flavor, nice and chewy, airy not dense. The crust could be a bit thicker but damn this is good. And Ruth likes it
