Leftovers of last night. Shiitake, yellow onion, red bell pepper, and pea risotto. With goat cheese and parmesan.

Pan fried a bunch, then added a chunked up plum tomato and two fried eggs.

First, 3/4 crushed stone leveled and first row of R15 insulation
Second, poly in between the two layers of insulation. All gaps sealed because radon.
Third, radiant piping installed. Friday, slab is going in.

Tired as fuck.

I used to have a King Dick one that was given to me by an old neighbour, now deceased when I first really started to get into wrenching like 30 years ago (not mine, internet pic but it looks very similar):

Actually I still have it, and despite looking a bit rough it still works really well.

These days though I use a combination of a nipple screwdriver (for the top of the nipples, these are great if you don’t have one, speeds up a build no end) and a similar set of wrenches to that DT Swiss thing for finishing.
