Had to work this morning -- sucks working for yourself when your boss is an asshole who expects you to work everyday -- so a quick 2-hour spin on the rendezvous (primarily cross country ski) trails outside of West Yellowstone before the slog back to BZN

Based on the ratio of signs in the parking lot ebikes are only half as dangerous as grizzlies.

More discovery today on a different hill. Got my first real airtime because so far the trails I’ve been on don’t have jumps or drops. Looking forward to more of that!

This is what it's about. Perfect fall weather, hero dirt, good trails, good friends and beer.

Topped off with the perfect post ride food; back of the truck hotdogs with homemade pickled onions and beer. :D

One of them didn't read the bottle and dumped some zippy horseradish sauce on one of his.....lmao his face when he realized what he just ate.

These bikes are quite popular for those with youngish children and the means. It’s a subscription-based service. Seems pretty cool.

There are hundreds of Terns in Wellington, mostly GSDs, very similar by the look of things. Terns come with nice Maguras and fancy Schwalbe commuter tyres though. Also the design of the rear end lets you stand the whole bike up on end to save space.

Edit: Looking closely it seems that can be stood up too.

Fresh tires for jrs bike. 24” minions are very cute. He was a fan of the traction, and lighter than the wire bead tires that came off. Lovely ride this am. Lots of wildlife and olive trees everywhere. He was a champ climbing 1500ft! Trails were fun and flowy.

They'd need a heavily cushioned seat, it would be a brutal ride straight above the axle if there are any bumps.
I hate seeing kids asleep with heads looking like they're about to fall off as their parent is is banging out KOMs and enjoying the quietness .

They seem well cushioned.

Good ride today. Went for a quick one today and since I kinda know some trails, I could do it without messing about. Not up to xc pace, but improving. Felt good. Also, the morning commute to school is also on the way to the trails. Often see people headed that way. Example in the photos. But also saw a guy in floro yellow bike pyjamas and a fullface. He had an UNNO ebike. Only the second UNNO I’ve seen here. #barcelona

did you move there, or just visiting? I'm out of the loop, sorry...
