Plan:
Tues - ride skate park
Wed - gym weights
Weekend -spin class or ride
That's about all the time I can squeeze in, but it's a diverse enough plan (that and, uhhhhh, eating a lot less, especially at night). I'm looking forward to the Tuesday skate park rides, want to 'keep the skills' up during the winter!
A full year of constant injuries got me up to 200 and I hate it.
Still have some post concussion crap but I am determined to get back to 175 for the upcoming DH season.
I actually signed up for WW for men and it is pretty enjoyable and easy. I dropped 5 pounds in 4 days just by eating right.
I came back from the desert 2 years ago and I was 170 with a super lower body fat %. I would LOVE to be back there.
