In video below, while freedom fighters are dismantling systemic oppression one car window at a time, the shooter is seen at the 40s mark being chased by an alleged arsonist he confronted, who then throws a Molotov Cocktail at the kid. He continues to chase him, screaming threats and is subsequently shot in the head.

He trips and is assaulted while on the ground.
Next guy to die is shot while attempting to decapitate kid with his skateboard and takes one to the chest.
Dude formerly know as guy with 2 biceps gets shot after pointing his gun at kid.

I was mentored by a packaging designer that speaks on behalf of the medical community.
There could be something to why a 17 year old has an assault rifle, but AFAIK, it's also not illegal to have it, just to have purchased it, due to how the loopholes work. But that will probably be run down. There may not be any legal repercussions if in self defense, but there might be significant civil liability (civil suit) due to the intent of being there with an assault rifle amounts to "panning to shoot some people", escalating the situation and prompting some of the violence observed, but again, that would be outside of the criminal areas.
