How long does your wort take to get to pitching temps?
PNJ's Lagunitas IPA clone*. I just racked to secondary so it's room temp (60ish) and flat. but damm, it's tastey. I'll dry hop a few days before I bottle. This was a "no chill" beer as well.

Maybe I am just stoned but I am not following you.....how can you rack before you pitch your yeast.that WAS racked to secondary...
