PNJ's Lagunitas IPA clone*. I just racked to secondary so it's room temp (60ish) and flat. but damm, it's tastey. I'll dry hop a few days before I bottle. This was a "no chill" beer as well.

i have been reading some fruit wine recipes & the must always sits for 24 hrs. before pitching yeast. makes sense beer could wait too.

if sealed and sterile, the wort can sit for many months.

My plan this winter is to drink so much of this, the mere sight of it will make me sick. It'll be a tough challenge, but I feel I am up to it.

The Coconut Porter is awesome. I was a little skeptical about the whole coconut thing, but it's really well balanced- way more coffee and chocolate than coconut, which I think is good. Tasty. Just a hair sweet, but not too much. I like it.
