I think my shoulder might be good enough to try a proper mountain bike ride again tomorrow. Meanwhile today was on the road with wifey.

Yessir, up and over to Idaho Springs then home.
14 mile ride along the Erie Canal Trail yesterday in the 90*F heat. Damn that was dusty and hot. Thankfully we packed a couple mid-ride brews for refreshments.
Took the ladyfriend to the lookout today. Showed her the steep trail down the escarpment. Definitely cooked my brakes repeating some stuff showing her...oops.
Swam in Georgian Bay after. Twas cold, but not as cold as I was expecting. Perfect after the hike up the hill in the heat.

Pilot Rock -> pilot cove -> upper horse cove -> Squirrel -> south mills -> pink beds

I was solo (buddy bailed due to massive hangover) and did a figure 8 loop starting at the bottom of woodruff, up to 21 jumps, then the first part of schoolhouse and took the split half way through called severed armpit that puts you out down in edgemont. then climbed back up edgemont road and finished with woodruff. it's a solid 17 mile/3000K ride. They reworked 21 jumps and it almost feels like a little bikepark flow jumpline now.
