unfortunately I have an alternative sufferfest planned. A 1000 mile drive to San Diego. We are selling a property down there that needs to be cleaned up. So a good chunk of my summer is gunna be spent down there. Im not pleased with the timing. Should be done by early August. Then we should get together and ride.
I think Sundays ride includes 5-7 miles of snow. August should be more fun anyways.
that sounds funner than what I’m doing but with less tacos maybe.
As long as your getting paid it's probably worth it. There will be way more trails melted out later.

I'll say one thing windy rides are a given when you live in an area populated by 500+ megawatt wind farms.

Lines were not long.
Kept catching a group so I pulled over to wait - Harolds Blend I think.
Waiting on a blown shoelace.

First time down, I stopped to find a line for the next time round.

Got bit by a dog on todays ride. All good though It was a lost pup that was heading towards heavy traffic on a main commute road. I had gotten off my bike and I dove to grab him as he ran by. his fangs got my pinky (small ass dog) he is now reunited with his mom. He was over a mile away from home up by the vineyards. Either the cars would have got him or the Coyotes would have had him for dinner tonight. Good ride though and the bites didn't bleed too much and the pup is safe.
