Yeah, it's outta control...but I found a way to have bear spray, tools, tube, water, and a vest without a Camelbak.
Seems like it would be a whole lot easier to just roll with a big baggie of fresh berries. You'd have a snack and in case of bear encounter, just drop the bag and split.

Yesterdays ride was great...3008 feet climb, 25 miles, with a RIDICULOUS descent.

Almost like parts of the Big Island...
Winter is coming fast, but luckily it's still clear and sunny. In the sun, stuff heats up fast, but in the shadows in the morning it's damn cold. So subfreezing ride at first till I got to the pass, then on the way down it was getting warmer and by the time I got in the car and drove 30 min to a brewery in Girdwood, it was back to t-shirt weather.
