Norco Marshall complete: $2100 USD

i mean yea you could probably get a complete build kit for the ticket for $500, but it won't be anywhere near as good as the marshalls.

There were still plenty brands selling good full build 26" FS bikes suitable for the 4'11" rider for less tho.

Shimano Deore for drivetrain and brakes. very solid spec right there.
