Is this where Propaine's came from?

This thing would look pretty damn sweet, if it had a different seat and bash ring.

Sounds a little early to characterize the event as deliberate.

I like it.

No cross brace on the upper link. Will it be flexy, didn't some Giant's suffer from that a while ago?

Also props to them for not cutting any corners, like having a QR rear axle or some funky old BB style.

Those lucky lucky kids.
If only there had been companies producing affordable small split pivot frames to be used with a small wheelsize sooner.

ticket s frame: $1600 USD

Norco Marshall complete: $2100 USD

i mean yea you could probably get a complete build kit for the ticket for $500, but it won't be anywhere near as good as the marshalls.

Shit. I thought that was the frame only price.
That is good.
WTF spec does it come with including a 12 speed drivetrain at that price?
Never really paid too much attention to Devinci, and assumed they were pricy. I'm both surprised and pleased.

There were still plenty brands selling good full build 26" FS bikes suitable for the 4'11" rider for less tho. ;)

Shimano Deore for drivetrain and brakes. very solid spec right there.

just over 34lbs
So 35lb with pedals? and assuming it's for kids that'll be with non DH tyres?
what fork? [EDIT found it RS 35] Wow"! - and the rest of the spec does indeed sound good

That's quite a big ol lump for a 4'11" kid to be riding around on tho.

Still for that price there has to be compromises, eh?

here we go:

from a photo caption

"Devinci's hometown of Chicoutimi also happens to be one of Canada's biggest aluminium producers meaning there's plenty of readily available raw material and aluminium expertise at their disposal. "
