Friday dinner:
Smoked Turkey breast
Grilled Tuna steaks
Baby garden greens w/ nuts and berries salad, balsamic vinaigrette.
Pasta w/ roasted vegetables and garlic broth
Whole grain dinner rolls
Grilled sugar dipped pineapple/ rum flambeau over ice cream.
Cheese and crackers appetizers at 6pm, dinner around 7ish. Jacket and tie not required.

Flash: You and your crew are in deeeep sheeiit.......Ghostrider is on fire these days, he beat me to the top of Sulphur last night by about 10 minutes! He says he might just do 2 or 3 laps at a time just so as not to get bored at Dalton..........developing........

Don't believe a word of it - I haven't touched a bike in weeks. Besides, the day I beat T-Dog to the top of that mountain in a straight up race is the day I quit my job and turn pro.

Then, around midnight, we'll send everybody back out in the same order for some drunken night laps.
After that, no riders on course until 11:45 am Sunday (team passed out).
At 11:45, TreeSaw goes back out and does the ceremonial victory lap.
