One of his friend's sister passed away a few days after taking the J&J vaccine, she was in her early 60's and so far it appears to be vaccine related from what the Dr's determined. Also she had no underlying health conditions.
Lol. Let’s base our decisions on anecdotes.

So you find it funny she died?
Yes that’s exactly what I typed.

Brian, all deaths that occur after vaccine must be reported in the US. On latest figures (August) after 346,000,000 doses given in the US, 6400 people have died after getting the vaccine.

So far there is only one link between vaccines and death and that is people getting TTS (thrombosis+) after J+J. 13 million have had J+J in the US and this has happened to — ready? — 39 people! (0.000003%!)
Mostly women under 50. Only a few of these have have even died, mostly with comorbidities. Other than that there has been no — zero, zip nada — links to the vaccine at all from all the other flavours in all those cases.

You friend is a dumb pussy. People who still aren’t getting vaccinated are selfish, stupid cunts and need a slap upside the head. At this stage people who refuse the vaccine and then die are doing us a favour, provided their utter fuckwitted stupidity doesn’t lead to another dangerous variant, which is the real issue here.

Maybe she could figure out that you don't need to go to someone's house and ask them to get their address.

Her head would probably explode if she saw a phone book.

He's going to be sending one of his police state friends to your front door to knock on the door, take down your name, your address

Trump didn't develop the vaccine, he just eliminated all the red tape to get it available ASAP cutting out the years of FDA testing.
This is incorrect. Emergency Use Authorizations (EAU) were included as part of changes to the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act (which is federal law) in 2004 in response to biological terror threats (the Project Bioshield act). Trump didn't cut out any "red tape", the legal mechanism for EAUs were already in place long before he was in office.

There was no testing that was "cut out", it was just conducted on a massively accelerated timeline. Each of the vaccines that received an EUA was still required to conduct full clinical trials, including Phase III which is a human trial, to prove safety and efficacy. This is the same requirement for full (regular) FDA approval of an NDA/NPI.

Also, the FDA conducts very little actual testing, they are primarily a regulatory enforcement body. The testing they do conduct is typically part of criminal investigations for things like fraudulent claims and knowingly shipping adulterated product. They don't do any testing as part of drug/vaccine approval (even for EAUs), that onus is on the developer/manufacturer of the drug.

My US corp HQ in AL has realized they can't eff around and ignore delta. Full stop on plans for people to head back to the office and instead it's continue to WFH for those who would normally be in the hq.

Wifey's company had a RTW date and plan that they set up. People were not happy. Then Delta got widespread. A couple of days ago the CEO rescinded the plan and stated everyone world wide that is not in MFG on the line will continue to WFH

My wife's school, and so far as I know, the state are not mandating masks yet and it makes me fucking furious. Me wife teaches a class of littles, kids 6-7, who are already full on cootie patrol without COVID. We've all had our shots in this house, so I suppose the odds are in our favor. But what pisses me off, is I'm still technically a cancer patient. Ever been in an oncologists office? Not only is it super depressing, but it's a place full of people whose immune systems are super compromised. Sure, they are doing everything possible to minimize the risk for their patients, but the rest of society seems incapable of even recognizing people like this might even exist. 6 weeks from now when I go back for my follow up, there is going to be the possibility, albiet small, that I could be carrying COVID because maybe my wife brought it home from her petri dish of a second grade classroom where no precautions are being taken.

I think what it is that really gets me is the selfishness of it all. The inability to see a broader picture. The unwillingness to take on even the slightest inconvenience (I'm not even going to call wearing a mask or getting a shot a "sacrifice")for a neighbor or your community. Selfish, myopic, purposefully ignorant, short sighted pigs.

I doubt very much that it's coincidence that there is a lot of "Trump voter" overlap in the anit-vaccine/anti-mask community.
We met with Haley's new teacher yesterday. I brought a gallon of hand sanitizer vs the required small container and she was ecstatic. I told her we have a bunch of medical grade wipes she can have (the kids can't be around for use type), again, same response. And we told her that we want Haley to be wearing her mask and would appreciate that she help us make sure that she does. Apparently there is a contingent of families who are of the same belief and have asked the same. The district is not mandating currently and she cannot require it, but she will be calling out "all kids whose parents want your masks on to put their masks on properly" and has gotten a microphone for herself so that she can talk with her mask on.

so one of my co workers got sick. I masked up and took him to the Doc yesterday. He got covid tested. He is 75 and had gotten the Johnson and Johnson vaccine a few months ago. Results just came back. He is Covid Positive and has to self quarantine for 10 days or call 911 if it gets worse. I was wearing an N95 while transporting. Now I have to stay masked up at all times and monitor my temperature multiple times a day for 7 days. I was vaccinated with Pfizer back in January. Wish him and me luck
Positive thoughts for you Eric. Given how safe you have been regarding COVID, you should be just fine. Good luck with your friend.

We just got approval 2-weeks ago to go back onsite for very specific type of meetings, which even then had to get management approval - and that's on a national level. It got yanked back on Wednesday. I doubt we'll be going back to onsite approval options again before next summer.

This is an important tidbit that most people miss. They tested at an “accelerated pace” for three reasons, more people volunteered to take part in the trials, there was more Covid floating around, and the drug companies were willing to throw unlimited resources at the problem.

Usually it takes forever to find the candidates willing to take part in your trial, then you need those willing candidates to be in an area where they may actually be exposed to whatever the vaccine protects against. If every vaccine were developed to fight a disease as pervasive as Covid with the same economic upside for the drug companies, they’d all take under a year to develop. Then it takes forever for the fucks at the FDA to schedule a meeting to even look over the research, EUA is just a front of the line pass.

Sounds like we’re a few weeks away from the EUA being a moot point anyway, Moderna abd Pfizer are about to get their full

Are these people unaware that they send the government a form including their name, address and all their financial information annually?

Denver Public Schools has a mask mandate now.

Also, Brian is straight up delusional if he thinks anything Biden said or might have said would have changed the drone-like thoughts of the idiot masses gobbling up Fox/Russian misinformation at the various troughs.

Seriously. Teh Dum is deep and profound.
I believe the Trump era will be a case study in mass delusion for a very long time.

But at the same time there will be people constantly trying to distort the truth and revise the history. Brian's Biden claims and people blaming Pelosi for Jan 6th being the latest. And if people ever finally come to the conclusion that they may have been wrong, there is the default complete lack of accountability, victim mindset and finger pointing that comes with Trumpism.
