    New 07 Morewoods

Andre from Morewood had a Shova LT with a single crown Travis on it last year. It was wicked light with pretty flickable angles....The height of the travis made it very DH able, maybe not MT Snow DH, but most races.... Rob and Will are a cute couple....Rob, can will slow dance or what? ;)...

    Stiffer Spring for Travis?

Hey Doug: Got a read on what they did from last season to this on the fork? I have my theorys, but curious if you have done any work on the inside. I gutted one of them the other day and things looked to be in order.... PM me back and let me know what you know. Brennan

    Anyone with Morewood shova lt?!

A few of our team guys have chosen the LT as their race bike this year. It is more than able in the Dh area, just about 1/2" shorter in travel. Geo is almost the same as the Izimu with a DC fork. B

    Quick Morewood Size Question...

at 5'11", I rode a small in 05 and a large in 06. I have a large 07 on the way. Any questions?

Morewood Izimu DH vs. Turner DHR

having raced seasons on both a DHR(04) an the Izimu(05-06)m I feel like I have a pretty good base for a review. The DHR for me was a bad mix. The HA was a bit steep and the TT a bit short...The rear skipped under braking etc...My biggest complaint was the fact that the cranks hit on...

Vouch for the frame....I built the thing and you hardly rode it....It looks like the day I put her together..... B

    *<Frame Problem>*

Rode a DHR in 04 and Morewood in 05 and 06. I'll be on a Morewood for 07 if that is any indication. DHR had braking issues(skip) and was way too steep in the HA department. Morewood rides a bit higher(read no cranks dinging) and handles better! Also, you are correct to assume the double...

Anyway to tell a Tavis Triple Ti?

I have/had a DC 180 TPC plus and a 180 Intrinsic, so they must both exist......Though the TPC was an OEM

Large or Small Morewood Shova LT?

I am 5'11", rode a small Izimu last season and a Large Izimu this season. I prefer the ride of the large, but was comfortable on the small as well. Really based on ride style...WFO-Go large...Twisty, turny, go small.... B

    i've outgrown my bike...

Will, next race we are at or whatever, swing through and take out one of our large izimu frames. One of our team guys is 6'3" and left a turner for the Morewood. Brennan

    Air pump for SPV forks?

I would recomend an actual SPV pump as the gauge is in smaller increments and more accurate to SPV pressures.

    gold travis stantions?

We have both a 180 Ti intrinsic and a 180 TPC+ in our pits as well as some Boxxer WCs, a Fox 40 and a couple of Dorados. Honestly, both Travis' are sick. The Intrinsic is a bit softer in the initial stroke and more progressive through the travel, while the TPC+ is a bit linear feeling. They...

    SPV Evolve v TPC

Would not go any lower than yellow for a guy like you. I was able to ride it with yellow, but it did bottom once and a while. But I hated using the volume aduster because it made the beginning of the stroke really choppy also. If I kept it, I would have upped the spring and tried that. My $.02

Orange 224 vs. Morewood Izumu DH

I was refrenceing pedal induced bob...sorry, wrong term. Thinking of the old days of riding the Super 8's and stuff and bobbing your way down the trail. I'll lay off the techie speak now

Orange 224 vs. Morewood Izumu DH

I have ridden the morewood for a year and been around the Orange as well. In all honesty, pivot placement with today's shocks means very little when it comes to pedal feedback. I was also surprised to find out how nimble the Izumu is with a 65 degree HA. I expected it to corner poorly, when...
